Warranty/Inspections
Home Certification
Tiny Dream HOMES are dual inspected by NOAH to both the 2023 NOAH+ standard and 2023 NOAH Dwelling Standard which includes ANSI 119.5, NFPA 70 (NEC) and 2018 IRC (International Residential Code, including Appendix AQ). Additionally, the NOAH Dwelling Standard requires and inspects for provisions per the following stipulations of AWC and APA codes.
Trailers
Tiny Dream HOMES trailers are custom built to DOT standards and inspected by NOAH as part of the inspection process to confirm axles, tongue, electric brakes, lighting, etc.
Home Warranty
Each Tiny Dream HOME comes with a one-year limited warranty on workmanship, and pass-through warranties on appliances and certain materials.

Do you build homes on slabs?At this time, we primarily build homes on steel trailers. If you are interested in a slab build, please give us a call or contact us using the form below.

What kind of utility hookups are there?Power hookup: 50 Amp hookup for shore power with 50’ cable provided. 2 exterior water-resist- ant outlets. Water: In Fresh water hose inlet accessible underneath trailer. Onboard pressure regulator included. Greywater/Blackwater: Out 3” PVC stub out underneath trailer with quick connect sewer hookup. Propane system: Tongue-mounted exterior propane tank with regulator and an additional 6’ braided cord for ground mounted propane tanks separate from the tiny house. Water heater: Propane tankless on-demand hot water heater mounted on tongue of trailer by propane tank.

How long does it take to build a home?The approximate time from deposit to build completion is 12 weeks.

How do you heat and cool the homes?All Tiny Dream HOMES are equipped with a 18,000 BTU ductless mini-split A/C and heat pump.

How much do Tiny Dream HOMES weigh?On average the 26’ models way approximately 12,500 lbs and the 30’ models way approximately 15,000 lbs.
