Power hookup: 50 Amp hookup for shore power with 50’ cable provided. 2 exterior water-resist-

ant outlets.

Water: In Fresh water hose inlet accessible underneath trailer. Onboard pressure regulator included.

Greywater/Blackwater: Out 3” PVC stub out underneath trailer with quick connect sewer hookup.

Propane system: Tongue-mounted exterior propane tank with regulator and an additional

6’ braided cord for ground mounted propane tanks separate from the tiny house.

Water heater: Propane tankless on-demand hot water heater mounted on tongue of trailer by

propane tank.

The approximate time from deposit to build completion is 12 weeks.

All Tiny Dream HOMES are equipped with a 18,000 BTU ductless mini-split A/C and heat pump.

On average the 26’ models weigh approximately 12,500 lbs and the 30’ models weigh approximately 15,000 lbs.

At Tiny Dream HOMES, luxury is always included. While other manufacturers will initially present a low price point to gain your interest, you'll find that the price escalates once all the premium/luxury features are added. We include luxurious features and materials throughout our homes, all for a competitive price.

Yes, all Tiny Dream HOMES come with conduit pre-installed for easy installation of the optional Solar Package, which includes propane cooktop and incineration toilet.
